First thing to start your Professional Organizing business is none of these tools she mentions here.The first thing to start is research the market in your area to see if even their is a need or else you'll waste your time and money to go any further.

Hello, I have a question for you.  I am just getting started with my Professional Organizing Company, I read up on The Board of Certification and it say that we need 1500 hours in 3 years.  What if I can get 1500 in 2 years, and can all 1500 hours be on-site jobs?

1500 hours has to be completed in no more than 3 years, and all 1500 hours can be from on-site jobs (as opposed to swapping some out for education etc).  We would recommend following up with the BCPO directly with specific questions to confirm you are getting the most current information and requirements from them.  You can fill out an online inquiry by following this link: http://certifiedprofessionalorganizers.org/contacts.php
