David Frank  yes I tried that already and it worked kind of. Now when it restarts it resets up to 25% before failing and a message saying something like "there was a problem resetting your PC. No changes where made" what should I do now?

Do a google search using: "Additional free space is needed on the drive where windows is installed" Follow the instructions (from Microsoft) to run the checkdisk on the unit . Let me know if that helps. David
